In the heart of the Colombian Caribbean, we sow futures where nature and culture flourish together again.
Eight projects, one territory: conservation, regenerative tourism, biocultural education and community economy in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and in Barranquilla, alongside Kogui, Wiwa and campesino communities.

Who are we?
We are a multifaceted team, rooted in the Colombian Caribbean and committed to territorial regeneration, environmental conservation, artistic education and the valuing of ancestral knowledge. Through community projects, we live and accompany the transition toward the regenerative paradigm, driving sustainable rural development with a sensitive, creative and transformative outlook.

To create biocultural training spaces that empower communities and travelers, foster cooperation and knowledge exchange, and strengthen a genuine connection with nature.
What do we do?
We design and implement collaborative projects that generate a positive, sustainable impact, integrating environmental conservation, artistic education and personal and community development.
Our vision
To imagine and build a territory where caring for life is the center of every action, promoting dialogue between knowledge systems, ecosystem restoration and social justice as paths toward peace and regeneration.
Our values
At Regeneración Biocultural CO we open spaces that strengthen traditional knowledge, promote connection with nature and cooperation, and drive cultural innovation and the circular economy. They are born from the land and from the fabric we build with communities. We believe in care as a political and spiritual principle, in territorial justice as the basis of peace, and in the interconnection between human beings and nature. We value ancestral knowledge, community autonomy, coherence between what we say and what we do, and the creation of solidarity-based systems that regenerate life in all its forms.
Territory
We regenerate territories through environmental conservation, responsible tourism, artistic education in contact with nature, and the recovery of ancestral knowledge, strengthening our connection to life.
Community
We accompany community processes from deep listening and co-creation, driving local economies that regenerate the land and reduce dependence on extractive practices.

A community-based tourism agency that opens routes of encounter and creates conditions for life.
Seed Guides Training
A regenerative tourism training program that prepares community leaders to guide authentic experiences, connected to nature and local culture.
Ulukundua Trail
Stories and experiences that carry the voice of Mother Earth, weaving ancestral knowledge and regenerative awareness.
BarranquillaCasa Feliza
A community space for learning, artistic creation and cultural encounter in the city of Barranquilla.
EconomyLa Local
A showcase and marketing network connecting local artisans with conscious consumers.
Agroecological Products
Production, processing and marketing of agroecological foods that conserve the forest and strengthen the local economy.

La Tigra has been recording its wildlife with camera traps for a while now. This archive already includes a jaguar sighting (February 23, 2024) — the most honest door into why this land is worth conserving.
